Sash!

Sash! is a German dance music project created by DJ Sascha Lappessen Sash! is best known for his dance/trance/eurohouse crossover hits, "Encore Une Fois" (featuring Sabine Ohmes), "Ecuador" (featuring Rodriguez), "Stay" (La Trec and "Mysterious Times" (featuring Tina Cousins) all unluckily reaching UK#2. The project had the most #2 hits without reaching #1 in the UK in the 90s. However "Encore une fois" reached #1 on the UK and US Dance charts. Both "Ecuador" and "Stay" reached #1 on the Canada and US Dance charts.

What happened next?
After a break of a few years from his last studio album, "Life Changes" Sash! has collaborated with former (2005) X-Factor winner and actor Shayne Ward on "Coming Home" in 2021.
