The People Movers

The People Movers was project created by Greg Zwarich, Paul Mintsoulis and Michael Scroccaro (Mr Happy). Zwarich and Mintsoulis were also known as The Stickmen and had their own label StickMan Records. They are best known for the house song "C-Lime Woman", which bizarrely a cover of sorts of Nina Simone's "See Line Woman".

What happened next?
Zwarich and Mintsoulis from The People Movers continued their work as The Stickmen and record label, Stickman Records, which was still producing tacks like Matteo DiMarr/Inaya Day's "My Life" in 2021.
This is where it gets a little confusing (hence why I delayed posting!) There are a couple of other Stickmen outfits. I don't believe they are the Irish one who have released songs like "Lullaby" and "Sunshine" in 2021.
I am not sure whether they are Stickmen Project who have produced some interesting lockdown mixes, including this one, which has a number of references to late 90s dance music (e.g. Strike's "U sure do", Perfecto's "Papa's got a brand new pig bag", Delirium's "Silence"...)
