Temperance was a Canadian musical group that originally created Mark Ryan (H.A. Der-Hovagimian) and Lorraine Reid. They are best known for its 1996 cover of the Alphaville song "Forever Young". Mark Ryan left the project for a solo project as DerHova after the release of the first album, "Virtues of Life". Nick Fiorucci took over and "Hands of time" was #1 on Canada Dance Chart in September 1998.
