What happened next?
In December 2016, Billboard magazine listed her among the 100 Top Dance Club Artists of All Time (as 17th)
Gloria Estefan helped put together a jukebox musical "On your feet!" a celebration of her and husband Emilio Estefan's lives in 2015 and had a broadway run (2015-2017) and limited run in London's West End in 2019. Presumably more was to come in the UK before COVID struck.
