Marie-Josee Riel or just Emjay is a French-Canadian born (Dec 9) dance singer. Her style of dance music was Eurodance with high-energy techno beat and passionate female vocals. Her music was rather well-known to Canadian dance music fans. She is best known for a version of the Company B's "Fascinated," Expose's "Point of no return" and "Flying to the moon" as well as the title track from her debut album "In your arms."

What happened next?
Emjay has been performing some wayback gigs in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal and was a vocalist on ABA/Z Project's "Living my life". She released a cover of the Supremes (Kim Wilde) classic "You keep me hanging on". She recently performed an online wayback gig in 2021.
