Arrested Development

DJ Headliner) as a positive Afrocentric alternative to gangsta rap popular in the late 1980s. The group was more a collective with Baba Oje as a spirtual elder, Montsho Eshe as a chereographer, Rasa Don on drums and Aerle Taree as a vocalist/stylist. They had a couple of big international hits with "People Everyday" and "Mr Wendal".
