Phats & Small are a British electronic dance music duo formed in Brighton, in 1998, and composed of Jason "Phats" Hayward and Russell Small. They are best known for their single "Turn Around", which was #1 on the UK Dance Chart and became an international hit in 1999.

What happened next?
Phats & Small last released new material in 2005 with "Night like dis". Although a remix of "Turn around" was released in 2012 with remixes by the Cube Guys.
