Marky Mark & The Funky Bunch

Mark Wahlberg (a.k.a. Marky Mark) is an American actor but before he went down the acting avenue, he, his abs and the funky bunch were all the rage in 1991 when "Good Vibrations" was US #1 hit for 1 week in October 1991. "Good Vibrations" also featured the vocal talents of the late Loleatta Holloway. They also had another US Top 10 hit with the reworking of Lou Reed's "(Walk on the) Wild side". The Funky Bunch was composed of Scott Ross (alias Scottie Gee), Hector Barros (alias Hector the Booty Inspector), Terry Yancey (alias DJ-T), and Anthony Thomas (alias Ashey Ace).

The group disbanded after a less successful second album "You gotta believe" compared to their debut "Music for the people".
