Mark Morrison

Mark Morrison is an English born (May 3) R&B singer, best known for UK chart-topper, "Return of the Mack" in 1996. He had moderate early success with "Crazy" and "Let's get down" before releasing the monster "Return of the Mack". Never understand why but with UK acts back then, they have to wait over 6 months before release in North America. This was the case with "Return of the Mack" as it reached #2 on the Billboard charts and #1 on the Canada dance chart nearly year later in 1997. Back in the UK, he followed up with the remix of "Crazy", which sampled Kool and the Gang's "Jungle Boogie" into the UK Top 10. He had a total of 5 Top 10 hits all from the "Return of the Mack" album. Altogether, he had 9 Top 40 hits in the 90s.
