Nestor Alexander Haddaway (or just Haddaway) is an Trinidadian-born (Jan 9) Eurodance singer and is best known for the international hit, "What is Love?" Haddaway's 1993 self-titled debut album spawned several hit singles, along with 'What is Love?', there was "Life", which spent 3 weeks at #1 on the Canada dance chart and UK Top 10 hits, "I miss you" and "Rock my heart". His second album "The Drive" (released in 1995 had a few hits as well.

What happened next?
Haddaway's "What Is Love" enjoyed a resurgence in popularity as the theme music for the Butabi brothers (Will Ferrell and Chris Kattan) on Saturday Night Live and the 1998 film "A Night at the Roxbury". He appeared on both the UK and US versions of "Hit Me, Baby, One More Time" in 2005.
