Dario G

Dario G is the name of an English dance music project. The trio are Paul Spencer, Scott Rosser and Stephen Spencer (the Spencers are not related). The name came from then manager of Crewe Alexandra, Dario Gradi. They are best known for the 1997 UK #2 hit "Sunchyme" and World Cup 1998 inspired "Carnaval de Paris" (reached UK#5), which to this day is played at many sporting events. "Sunchyme" sampled Dream Academy's "Life in a Northern Town" and was US Dance #1 hit in June 1998.
