William John Latour (or just LaTour) is an American born electronic musician and engineer who is best known for then controversial "People are still having sex", which topped the dance charts in both Canada and USA and reached the top 20 in the UK.

LaTour largely went underground after the success of "People are still having sex" and performed as a strudio for many house music labels in Chicago in the 90s. He went on to be on numerous radio stations in the Chicago area.
