Hed Boys

Hed Boys was a project compromising of the house duo of English born (Jun 18) David Russell Lee (or just Dave Lee) and Andrew Livingstone. Both had numerous aliases and for Hed Boys, Dave was known as "Brad Hed" and Andrew "Gavin Hed". Together they are best known for "Girls and Boys". "Girls and Boys" was popular in the clubs, so much so that the song sparked a bidding war among labels. For fun, they kept the identity of the Hed Boys under wraps by inventing ridiculous personas for themselves, newbie producers complete with large unruly wigs, bristling moustaches & outlandish accents. It was some time before they were discovered and revealed to the UK music press. The song would become #1 on the UK Dance chart in 1994.

90 Hits (Discography):
Date UK	Song
Aug 1994 21	Girls + Boys
Nov 1995 36	Girls + Boys (remix)

What happened next?
Dave's most known alias is remixer, Joey Negro. Although in 2020, he announced he was dropping the alias. Andrew stayed in producing and has been producing mostly for small little group called Take That.
